Q: Do you offer delivery and pickup services? 

          We only offer delivery services, unless you are located or willing to pick up in Savannah, GA.

Q: Is there a security deposit required for the advanced camping gear rental package? 

          A security deposit is not required but you are responsible for paying for any damaged equipment. Please read our 

          rental agreement.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for camping gear rental packages?

         Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to receive a full refund. Please refer to the rental agreement.

Q: When does the rental equipment need to be returned?

         The rental equipment should be shipped out the day after your reservation end date. You will be charged a late fee of $15 per day if the equipment is not returned on time.
