Camping Gear Rental Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the rental of camping gear between the renter Wild Adventure Co, and the client.

Rental Period: The rental period begins on reservation start date and ends on reservation end date. The renter is responsible for shipping all rented items by the agreed-upon end date. Please note that we will allow you to ship your camping gear back the day after your reservation ends. This allows you to get the most out of your rental package.

Condition of Gear: The renter agrees to return all rented gear in the same condition as it was received. Any damages or excessive wear and tear may result in additional fees.

​

Late Return: A late fee of $15 per day will be charged for any gear returned after the agreed-upon shipping date.

​

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to receive a full refund. 

​

Liability: The renter agrees to use the rented gear responsibly and assumes all liability for any injuries or damages incurred while using the equipment.

​

Delivery: The renter must provide a valid delivery address and be present to receive the gear. Your package will arrive the day before your reservation.

Important Notice:

When renting our camp stove, please note that fuel is not included with the rental. It is essential that you plan ahead to ensure you have the appropriate fuel for your cooking needs. 

​

For safety reasons, please familiarize yourself with the stove's operation and safety guidelines before use. Always ensure that you are using the stove in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials, and never leave it unattended while in operation.
