Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable for our camping gear rental services. Please read carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Cancellations

Full Refund: Clients may cancel their reservation up to 5 days before the reservation start date for a full refund of the rental fee.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 2 to 5 days before the reservation start date are eligible for a partial refund. The exact amount will be determined based on the circumstances and at the discretion of Wild Adventure Co.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 2 days before the reservation start date will result in a forfeiture of the rental fee.
Late Returns

If the rented gear is not returned by the agreed-upon shipping date (or the day after the reservation ends), a late fee of $15 per day will be charged. This fee will be deducted from your deposit if applicable or billed to your account.
Condition of Returned Gear

All rented items must be returned in the same condition as received. If items are damaged or show signs of excessive wear and tear, the cost of repairs or replacement may be deducted from your deposit or billed to your account.
Delivery Issues

If the client fails to provide a valid delivery address or is not available to receive the gear on the scheduled delivery date, Wild Adventure Co. reserves the right to classify this as a cancellation without refund.
Additional Notes

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Clients are encouraged to consider travel and personal circumstances before renting gear to prevent cancellation penalties.

Acknowledgment
